Business Development Manager

Who we are

Launched in 2017 Antigro is a software company specialized in bringing world-class software solutions to the printing industry. With our web2print product, we are focused on helping printing companies all over the world to increase sales, open new business areas, and reduce costs thanks to digital transformation. We are looking for an International Business Development Manager (mostly the US but also Europe) with strong communication and organizational skills to join the Antigro sales team in Kraków.

  • highly self-motivated people with strong organizational skills
  • people able to build relationships with business partners and clients
  • people able to understand business needs, problems and propose solutions
  • agile enthusiasts preferring “get things done” startup culture over corporate rigidity

You bring to the table

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales
  • fluent English (at least C1)
  • experience in SaaS product sales or IT solutions
  • readiness for occasional late shift as most of our potential clients are in US time zones

  • entrepreneurship thinking and attitude
  • experience in abroad sales
